Lidase 64 PE in an ampoule

Pharmacological action:Lidase is an enzyme preparation of hyaluronidase isolated from the testicles of cattle. It removes the interstitial substance (intercellular matrix) of the connective tissue, which is mainly a component of hyaluronic acid (a copolymer of acetylglucosamine and glucouronic acid with a mass mainly within the range of 105-107 Daltons). Hyaluronidase reduces the viscosity of connective tissue, increases tissue and vascular permeability, promotes fluid movement in interstitial spaces, reduces swelling of tissues, softens and thins scars, increases the amplitude of movement in joints, reduces contractures and opposes their formation.
The effect of the drug continues for 48 hours after subcutaneous injection.

Indications:Burn, traumatic and post-surgery scars; long-term non-healing ulcers (including radiation); Joint and Dupuytren's contractures; Osteoporosis; ankylosing spondyloarthritis; severe diseases of the spine, lumbar region, discs; hematomas of the superficial location of soft tissues; scleroderma; Scarring skin changes of various origins; traumatic injury of the nerve plexus and peripheral nerves; rheumatoid arthritis; pulmonary tuberculosis (complicated by non-specific lesions of the bronchi);
